The state of Minnesota has 15 citizens.They have 10 electors. In the election of presidency, Justin has 7 votes and Mia has 8 votes. How many electoral votes did Mia win? How many popular votes did Mia win?
Please Help.

Mia won all 10 of the electoral votes because she had a majority of the popular vote.

She won 8 (or 53%) of the popular vote.
