Homework Help: college algebra

(x-3)^2+(y-2.5)^2=7.25
Make a new equation that shifts up 1 unit and to the right 2 units.
I got (x-5)^2+(y-1.5)^2=7.25, but I got it wrong on my test. Could you please tell me where I might have gone wrong?
