yes this is correct i have to tell of the different types of communication's such as email,fedex,fax (these are what I have) and how patients information can be exposed or not to the different types of methods in communication of the records. One other way i thought of is someone leaving a chart out for just anyone to see. then i have to give recommendations on how for this not to happen.
