Homework Help: Science

Posted by Marisol on Wednesday, October 22, 2008 at 7:40pm.

How does physics apply in a homemade glass xylophone? [8 glasses of same size filled with water at different levels for pitch, and tapped with a spoon to make the sound]

I know it has something to do with waves and sound, but I'm not quite sure what else.

Thank you!
