Homework Help: ENGLISH

I am doing a group project and i have to make the mla heading but i don't know how to do that with multiple names. i have already looked it up on the internet and in my mla format book and it doesn't say how to write it in either. i also want to know how i would make the header and footer with everyone's name as well.
