Health care workers include everyone involved in doctor's offices, clinics, and hospitals. If they don't provide quality health care, then who does??
That's an extremely broad question, to which the answer is simply ... "a great deal." Imagine if health care workers were rude or uncaring. What would happen in the industry?
Now start listing all the positive characteristics you'd expect to see in people in this industry. Then you'd need to think about different facets of the industry: mental health facilities, family doctors' offices, dental offices, hospitals, clinics in poor parts of a country, etc.
