what is the healthiest diet
I have known folks who advocated bark, twigs, and leaves each morning(yes, they called it Granola). I have known others who ate at Waffle House each morning, with a great dose of cigarette smoke, greasy grits, greasy eggs, and oily toast.
I know which tastes better, that is easy. But which is better: grains, or fatty things?
This seems to be good advice:
Notice the limiting of proportions. Balance the diet.
Now just a note on your wording. Healthiest diet? If something is healthy, it has to have health, so it must be living...the healthiest diet therefore is something that is alive, in good health? Eat live things?
