  Thank you for using the Jiskha Homework Help Forum. Please do not use capital letters (upper-case letters) for two reasons. First of all, it is more difficult to read and many volunteers will just skip those questions. Secondly, in computer language it is considered rude, like SHOUTING! Although you asked for no Websites or links, there is the place to teach you what kind of verb you have - transitive, instansitive, active, linking. It is a handy reference when you are not sure.
