Homework Help: Behavior problems (dogs)

A prospective client phones about her dog's behavior problem. When they go for a walk, the dog starts out walking nicely, until it finds an interesting scent. Then the dog stops and refuses to budge. She's a large dog, and the owner has tried yanking on her lead, but the dog simply balks and stays put. This problem would be
