we need to create a coaching or training organisation. we then have to create name,address,etc and then company slogan, customer profile and type of coaching and training offered. Please can you explain what customer profile and type of coaching and training mean? thanks

The customer profile would include information about the people you expect would use this organization's services. Young? Old? Age-group? Location of their homes in relation to the organization? Male? Female? Income level?

What type of coaching and training would you offer? What would your customers do in your establishment?
