Find the first and third quartiles, Q1 and Q3, of the following set of numbers.

13, 4, 12, 16, 8, 14, 8, 3, 10, 8

Arrange the numbers in order of value. With 10 scores Q1 (lowest 25%) will be btween the second lowest score and the third lowest. Q3 will be the same on the high end.
