What is the derivative of y = ln 3x2?

a) y' = 2/x
b) y' = ln 6x
c) y' = 2 ln3
d) y' = e6x

I think it's d.) Thanks.

I guess maybe you mean

y = ln 3x^2 ????
y = ln 3 x^2 = ln 3 + ln x^2
= ln 3 + 2 ln x
so
dy/dx = 0 + 2 d/dx (ln x)
= 2/x
