Unless there are only three entrees, the statement is fallacious.
Because a, b and c are true, it does not necessarily make d,e, f, etc. true.
To make it logical, one can say,
Although all of the entrees at that restaurant are excellent, the New York steak, the Maine lobster and the beef stroganoff are exceptionally good.
