The first thing you need to do is to research the company. You should know before you go into the interview what it does and what it handles. The purpose of a job interview is for the employer to find about about you. By knowing the basic facts about the company before the interview, you'll be showing your initiative and interest in the company.
Based on this prior knowledge, you may have a couple of specific questions that weren't covered in your research.
But remember, you want to be able to answer the interviewer's questions about you, your work ethic, and how you might handle some situations. Be honest!
Be ready to show what YOU can contribute to the company.
