First you need to save the picture onto your hard drive -- right-click on the picture and choose Save Picture As... and then you'll be given a window where you choose to save it. Putting it on the Desktop or in My
Documents is easiest. Be sure to remember what it's called or rename it.
Then go into Windows Explorer or My Computer, find the picture file, and copy it. Now find the CD drive (into which you should already have a CD-R disk ready), and paste. Most likely, your computer will come up with a wizard for writing the file to disk. Say yes and/or whatever other commands you need to give, and the picture should be burned onto the CD-R. The wizard will let you know when the task is completed.
