I am not asking any one to do my homework for me I am asking for help....I can not find a social policy that would affect my future as a hhs worker. I have looked at welfare reform and the only thing I can see is that with more and more people not getting welfare do to how you qualify that less employees are going to be needed.
I can not find any information on social policies anywhere to read

Check this site... there are some issues there that would affect a cut in welfare... there are also some that would indicate a greater need for welfare. ie. Child abuse incidence.
