You may want to use Detroit's mayor for your example.

To me personally, knowledge is the accumulation of information, intelligence is the ability to use that information, and wisdom is knowing when where and how to use the information.
I searched Google under the key words "intelligence wisdom" to get these possible sources:
http://www.paulgraham.com/wisdom.html
http://www.xenodochy.org/ex/misc/wisdom.html
http://www.gamegrene.com/node/385
http://diary.carolyn.org/wisdom.html
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wisdom
In the future, you can find the information you desire more quickly, if you use appropriate key words to do your own search. Also see http://hanlib.sou.edu/searchtools/.
I hope this helps. Thanks for asking.
