b is big, s is small
b-s = 16
so
s = (b-16)
and also
5 s = 2 b -8
so
5(b-16) = 2 b - 8
5 b - 80 = 2 b - 8
3 b = 72
b = 24
then go back and find s
s = 24-16 = 8
