A living room has a length of 18.25 feet and a width of 12 1/2 feet. What would those dimensions be on the architectural drawings, if the scale of 1 ft = 1/4 inch is used? (your answers should be given in 16ths of an inch)

Referring to the dimensions of the previous scale drawing where the length of the living room was 18.25 feet and the width was 12.5 feet
How many square feet are there? square feet (ROUND to the nearest WHOLE foot)
If we added 10 % additional for waste, how many square feet should be ordered?
