I am looking for diverse learners.

I know that ELL students are considered one, would another be gender or culture?

Do you mean you are looking for diverse learner categories? ELL would be one category of all students. English-proficent (non-learners) would be the other category.

Gender or culture could define different subgroups of ELL (English Languahe Learner) students.
