Which expression is correct between the two sentences above?

3. When is Children's Day?
It's May 5th.
It's on May th.
Which answer is grammatical? Are both OK?

4. What day is the picnic day? It's Friday.
The expression 'the picnic day' grammatical? Do you use some other expressions?

#1 is far better than #2.

#3 = good for the first one but the 2nd is missing "5th."

#4 It seems redundant to use "day" twice. It is sufficient to ask "What day is the picnic?""
