Well, if its a program, than it would be capitalized. But if its a random thing than no.So, what I'm saying is if it is a organization than yes. So yes.
to make things short yes it would be capitalized.
Anonymous is correct -- it's capitalized ONLY IF it's part of a name of a program or organization. Examples:
Capitalized: The South Glendale Fine Arts Program is hosting three new artists at this week's exhibits.
Not capitalized: The high school's fine arts program usually graduates several people with excellent scores on their Advanced Placement portfolios.
