Jack has a mixed fruit pie.

There is a variety of fruits (17,3,28,4,89,67,2), how many times will Jack have to stick in his thumb before he is sure to pull out two pieces of the same kind of fruit?

*sure*of picking the same kind a second time, Jack has to pick 7 + 1 times.

I hope this helps. Thanks for asking.
