I am also printing this out. I've noticed some more errors. I suggest you make a "Hit List" and always proofread yourself for these things:
à + les = aux
conjugation of a verb with the subject = les jeunes aiment + spelling of mieux
decide if the n oun is to be plural or singular = les télévisions OR la télévision
capitalization of the first word of a new sentence

First letter of each new sentence needs to be capitalized.
line 1 = il y a = Il y a
line 2 = il faisait = Il faisait / ma parents = mes parents / were you going FROM or TO? du OR au
line 3 = nous passé = nous avons passé / le feux de signalisation = le feu de circulation
line 4 = avons voyions = avons vu / ont percutés = fracassées / il y a = il y avait (you are telling this in the past tense
line 5 = verre cassa = verre cassé
line 6 = dans la côté = à la côté ? / de le premier voiture = de la première voiture
line 7 = se sont ecrasé = était écrasé / la deuxième voiture sont cassé = étaient casses = modifying the subject "les phares"
line 8 = fine as is

You don't need a grammar book to explain this one:
les phares de la deuxième voiture sont cassé.
Look at the English translation - the headlights of the 2nd car are broken.
What is the subject? "the headlights" and the adjective "broken" modifies that.
en Français: les phares, comme le sujet, doit avoir "cassés" comme l'adjectif.
