find the product
v^2+v12/5v+10*v2/v^2+5v+4

algebra 1
Reiny,
product implies that you are multiplying
I see only one multiplication.
Please retype your question using brackets so we can tell what order of operation you want.
I have a feeling you want it to look like
[(v^2 + v 12)/(5v+10)][(v2)/(v^2 + 5v + 4)]
algebra 1
Reiny,
if so then it would factor to:
(v+4)(v3)/(5(v+2)) * (1)(v+2)/((v+1)(v+4))
= (v3)/(5(v+1)), v not equal to 2,4
