Homework Help: physics (making a yo-yo)

Posted by kelly on Thursday, April 24, 2008 at 6:53pm.

I am required to make a yo-yo that will unwind at a slowest rate possible, without using friction as a factor.
Will it help if I make it hollow, so it would have more rotational inertia?
Any other ideas? Please help!!
