**economyst**, Monday, April 14, 2008 at 3:19pmMedian is the middle number. First sort the numbers: I get 1,4,9,14,15,25,36. The middle (median) is 14.

Mode is the most common occurance.

You have two '8s', three '9s', two '10s' and one of everything else. The mode is therefore 9.

Mean is the average -- sum the series then divide by the number of numbers. mean=(238+159+87+163+198)/5
