Thank you for using the Jiskha Homework Help Forum. This will take practice so do that in front of a mirror, in front of your family members, friends, etc. to get their "positive" feedback. Know it so well that you won't be nervous at all. A secret when you are speaking to a group, is to look at someone's left or right ear. That way, it appears that you have eye-contact, even though you don't.
