what is internal and external human resources for restaurant?

    I'm not a business teacher but here are my thoughts:

    Internal = people inside the business (the owner, the manager, all employees)

    External = people outside the business who help it along (vendors, craftsmen, utility folks -- all those from whom the owner buys goods or services to keep the business running)

    What do you think?
