There's a bit in the role play that I didn't know how to say, that's why it has a random English bit in it.
Thank you for using the Jiskha Homework Help Forum. My eyes can't stand scrolling up and down to read and correct this, so I'm printing it out and I'll be back as soon as I finish reading it!

Thank you!
Be sure the accent is aigu, not grave: présente. Check spelling of Monsieur. Plural number: cent millards d'Euros. With être and a profession, the indefinite article is not necessary when the noun is not modified = était entrepreneur (check spelling). Accent on réussait. Omit "fait" in "il a inspiré Hugh à (accent) commencer" .....sa propre (gender/spelling) société (2 accents) "il a quitté la maison" might be misinterpreted as the father, rather than Hugh; Hugh a quitté, etc.
Because aucune is singular, the noun is also = qualification. Because you offer no English, I do not know what you are trying to say with "il a dix A * à la GCSE et quatre A à la A level..."The word for "level" is usually " le niveau."
Another way to say "to retire" is also "mettre à la retraite." He never took it for granted = il ne l'a jamais tenu pour évident.
ROLEPLAY
Tu as envie d'aller..."centre de la ville?" = center city? "was built in the 16th century" = construit dans le seizième siècle (XVI). spelling of "pouvez"...by bus? = par (auto)bus ou train
A general rule to follow when you are unable to say something exactly as you'd like is to SIMPLIFY what you are trying to say. Always rely on structures and vocabulary you have had, if possible. "Vous ne verrez rien pareil" OR C'est sans pareil, etc. Check spelling of "disent" and the negative "la ville ne serait rien sans celui-ci.
I know no bad restaurant? You could use savoir or connaître, depending upon your exact meaning. "pas de restaurant mauvais...un tas de beaux restaurants à Carcasonne. When you say "I liked that" it's not clear what "that" is. "à Fillous" = since you say it is a village. "j'ai aimé (no agreement of past participle here) ce restaurant-là (? for that restaurant)
For "some rooms" = des salles de réunion (accent) and "for downtown" "le centre" is sufficient.
No agreement of past participle in "j 'ai pensé" plus accent aigu, not grave = était (twice) There is a run-on sentence if you use a comma and not a semicolon between "grand" and "je ne..." "so grand?" = aussi grand
jusqu'à vingt.....toujours is better right after ouvre. The adjective "fériés" should be plural or you could use "de fête" and avoid that problem.
Again, "downtown" = dans le centre...vous pouvez (spelling) acheter n'importe quoi! (my preference)
