I am new at debate and i need help on the new CX debate cause i have a 6 weeks grade and the teacher wont help me so i need help writing an affermative CX case on RESOLVED: the united states federal government should substantually increase alternative energy incentives to the united states

As you prepare your debate, you'll need to list your arguments clearly and succinctly. Then anticipate how the other team will attempt to refute your arguments and prepare defenses for them. In addition, anticipate your opponents points and prepare questions about them.
