A) 1 OUNCE of Tostitos provides 9% of the MDV of Fat.

C)1/2 cup of Campbells New England clam chowder provides 6% of the MDV of iron. Can someone tell me where to begin.

YOu are given the percents. Convert it to decimal percent, and fractions.

example: 14% converts to .14 and 14/100

A percent sign means the parts of 100. So --

9% = 0.09 = 9/100

What do you think the notations are for 6%?
