A 73 year old woman suffers a severe cerebral hemorrhageafter a minoe trauma. Blood work reveals that her clotting ablity is imparied. Disease of which abdominal organ may contriute to this ?

My answer is the spleen

I believe this would be the liver, where clotting factors are produced. The spleen is more responsible for immunity. You can double check to be sure.
