i am doing a worksheet for cause and effect and well i can not anywhere find an cause to why the second continental congress that was held in piladelphia in may of 1775
please respond soon ,

The Second Continental Congress met because the First Continental Congress had agreed to this second meeting if the British didn't agree to the Colonists' demands. Since the Brits didn't give in, the Second Congress met.
