Okay, so if you have leukemia, you can also have anemia as a symptom, right? Leukemia can be deadly, right? What if you just have anemia and not leukemia? Is anemia deadly by itself?

You're right. Anemia in itself is not deadly, although it can complicate other chronic disorders. Check these sites.
