My son brought home overdue work and I am having a problem with it - lol - gr. 3.

1. Brodie wants to show his mother that he did not track mud into the house.
a) how can he prove the tracks are not his?
b) Will his mother agree why or why not. They show two foot prints in a box beside it and a print of a smaller shoe print that isn't the same shape.

2. Which shapes are congruent. How could you check? I am not sure what congruent means? A small triangle and a big triangle would they be congruent?

For #2, no they wouldn't be congruent:

For #1, the incongruencies between the shoe print and the muddy footprints would be his proof.
