George paid $31.25 in taxi fare from the airport to the hotel. The cab charged $3.75 for the first mile plus $2.50 for each additional mile. The equation to find the number of miles, m, from the airport to the hotel would be:

a. 3.75 + 2.50m + 31.25 = 37.50
b. 3.75 + 2.50m = 31.25
c. 1.25 + 2.50m = 31.25
d. 31.25 + 3.75 = 2.50(m-1)
