These movies bring historical events to life, revealing the causes and the consequences in a way that's easy to understand and remember. by letting the audence"see" different historical perids, movies can also help people understand how different events are relatd to each other in time and place.   Look at the first sentence of each paragraph. That should have the topic sentence. If you are not clear after that, read the last sentence, that will have the "discovery" and should give you the main idea that has been supported.
