2/100 = 1/50 as a fraction
0.02 as a decimal
2% as a percent
Now watch out for the next problem (I am guessing what the next problem in the book might be), the probability of drawing BOTH in two draws is not just (2/100)*(2/100)
that is because once you draw out one of them, there is now one (not 2) left out of 99, not 100
(2/100)(1/99)
