No, your answer is wrong. When you multiply a number with a power of 10, you just have to move the decimal point the same number of places to the right as the exponent of the power of ten indicates. So e.g. if we have 10^6*5.6, we move the decimal point 6 places to the right, so we get 5,600,000.
So 10^7*8.48 = 84,800,000
