What astronomical event would be seen by observers on the Moon at the time the Earth experiences a lunar eclipse? At the time the Earth experiences a solar eclipse?

Which side of the moon is the observer standing on? I will assume it is the one that is facing the earth.

A lunar eclipse is when the shadow of the earth falls over the moon. If you were in the earth's shadow, what would be your view of the sun?

A solar eclipse is when the moon covers the sun as viewed from a portion of the earth. That means that the shadow of the moon is falling on some portion of the earth.

I hope this helps. Thanks for asking.
