What is the probability of spinning a number greater than 5 OR less than 3 on this spinner?

This problem has a picture of a spinner with 8 sections divided equally. The sections are labeled: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8.

or five of the 8 possible sections

so I say 5/8
