The first thing you need to do is work on understanding your text. Take it one sentence at a time. Look up words you don't know. When you finish a paragraph, sum it up in your own words. If there's a sentence or phrase you don't understand, you can post it here, and we'll help you.
To make the outline, start with the main idea of each paragraph. Then add the details underneath the main idea.
