If so, that is easy. If you want a good job in any industry where you use words to communicate, whether in writing or orally, then you need to have good grammar in order for people to understand you. Benjamin Franklin said in a long cause-to-effect simile... for want of the right word, a country was lost. So, using grammar correctly is extremely important.
