Which point is a solution of the system?
Y=x9
X+2y=3

Substitute x9 from the first equation into the second equation for y to obtain
x+2(x9)=3
x+2x18=3
3x=21
x=7
Now substitute x=7 into the first equation to evaluate y and you will have the point.
Post your work if you want us to check it.

I still don't completely understand how you got x=7 forgive me for being slow, just never liked math.

OH i get it, ah alright. Now to get y=x9 i just plug in x=7 right? and would leave me with y= 2 right? and it would look like this
y=79 and y=2

right.
So the point is x=7 and y=2 or (7,2).
