People are social beings. We depend upon others both locally and globally. We need to understand other people in order to function as educated world citizens. We also need to know about our past so we don't make the same mistakes over and over and over.
There's a major idea out there -- and I believe it's true:
"Those who do not know history are doomed to repeat it."
And a friend of mine adds this: "But they have no idea they're in a re-run."
Do you get it??
