In which cities are these games played?
Ms. Sue is right. First you must determine which cities might qualify.
One way to figure this out is to list all the cities in which football is played (NFL??). Then look each city up at Wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page and click on Climate -- scroll down a bit, and you'll find a chart which will give you averages of high and low temps, rainfall, etc.
College or Pro or High School football?
The wettest US region is Kauai, HI and the driest is Death Valley CA, which is near Las Vegas NV. The coast of WA near the city of Forks is also quite wet. There is a high school there
