**drwls**, Tuesday, January 1, 2008 at 8:54pmWhat is the question? Is it whether the service contact should be purchased? To answer that, you need to know the average price of repairs without the contract. The way you have stated the problem, there is a service charge of $25 per repair even in the contract is purchased. You also say nothing about the color printer repair frequency and cost.
