You need to clarify your equation by using more parentheses. I don't know if you mean
1/(2h) or (1/2)h at before the (B+b).
Is the B+b also supposed to be in a denominator? I will assume not.
Assuming that you mean
a = (1/2)h(B+b), then
B+b = 2a/h
Sunbtract B from both sides for the answer.
