How many electrons in an atom can have n=3, ml=+1 and ms=+1/2

Wouldn't that be two electrons?

Those two would have
n=3
l=1
ml = 1
ms = 1/2
and
n=3
l=2
ml= 1
m2= 1/2
Note: For n=3, l may also be 0 but ml may be only 0 so 1 is not a possibility
